Rajiv Garodia

Rajiv brings 20+ years of experience across corporate finance, strategy consulting, valuation and capital markets. His career spans across top organisations including McKinsey & Company and CRISIL (an S&P Global company), Tata Consultancy Services, Maruti Suzuki. He has worked as a consultant with clients across diversified industries – Retail, CPG, Oil & Gas, Technology services etc. Rajiv also serves as visiting faculty teaching Valuation, Financial Modelling and Finance for Non-Finance professionals, and leads AGRG’s valuation, financial modelling and corporate advisory practice.

Annie Garodia

Annie is a practicing Company Secretary, Registered Valuer with over 10 years of experience in corporate law, secretarial compliance, governance advisory and HR services. She began her career as a Tax Associate with Michelin before moving into independent practice, where she has since advised more than 100 clients across diverse industries on ROC compliance, corporate governance and regulatory matters. Annie leads AGRG’s secretarial and corporate compliance practice.
